Activities of Affilates |

|
Following are the main activities of the affiliates scattered
in various states.

Kerala Federation of the Blind :- The Kerala Federation of
the Blind has its headquarters at Thiruvannthapuram. The main
projects being run by the said affiliates are rehabilitation
center at Calicut, counseling and guiding center for women.
Apart from these, the Placement Service Scheme is also being
run by the Kerala Federation of the Blind.

National Federation of the Blind, Maharashtra :- The NFB Maharashtra
has been running following projects for the blind.
I) Braille Library Project
II) Placement Service Scheme
III) Self-Employment Scheme
IV) Residential School for blind girls at Alandi in Pune District.

National Federation of the Blind Tamilnadu :- Situated in Chennai
the NFB Tamilnadu has been running Placement Service Scheme
from its headquarter while Braille Library and Note book Projects
from Coimbatore.

Andhra Pradesh Federation of the Blind :- This affiliates of
the federation is also running Placement Service Scheme, Mobility,
Mobility Service Scheme and Adult Education Centre for the Blind
at Hyderabad.

Rajasthan Netraheen Sewa Sangh :- This affiliates of the federation
has its office at Ajmer, Apart from running school for the blind,
the Rajasthan Netraheen Sewa Sangh is engaged in seeking suitable
jobs for the blind in Rajasthan through its Placement Service
Scheme.
