Relaxation of ban order

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Relaxation of the ban order imposed by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) on recruitment to vacancies earmarked for physically handicapped persons.

The undersigned is directed to invite attention to the ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) O.M. No. 7(1)-E (Co ord)/84 dated the 3rd January 1984, regarding the ban on filling up of non-operational vacant posts and to say that it has now been decided in consultation with the ministry of finance (Department of Expenditure) that the provisions of the aforesaid Office Memorandum will not be applicable in the case of reserved for them vide this Department's O.M No. 3901/7/77-Estt (C) dated 3.11.1977.
